Only inkjet print cartridges listed on our "Current Price List" are eligible for payment. All inkjet print cartridge and cell phone prices are subject to change without notice. All inkjet cartridges must be virgin-OEM cartridges, no refilled cartridges, no drill holes, no cracks, or otherwise damaged cartridges are accepted.

Print cartridges shipped to eCycle1 that are NOT on the Current Price List will incur a .25 cent disposal fee. No laserjet toner cartridges of any kind are accepted by eCycle1. Any laserjet toner cartridge shipped to eCycle1 will incur a $2.00 disposal fee. Disposal fees will be subtracted from payment amounts.

All Cell Phones must be fully functional and in working order. Working cell phones are cell phones that power up, possess an undamaged LCD screen, make a test call, and are not cracked or otherwise damaged. eCycle1 does not purchase cell phone accessories (i.e. extra cell phone batteries, chargers, cases, earpieces, etc.), we will, however, recycle these items free of charge.

Cell-phones that do not meet the inspection criteria will incur a $0.50 disposal fee. Disposal fees will be subtracted from payment amounts.

eCycle1 will pay all shipping costs to send collected inkjet print cartridges and cell phones to eCycle1, provided you (the shipper) use the return shipping labels eCycle1 provides.

PayPal payments will only be issued to a verified PayPal account. A valid and confirmed PayPal email address must be listed on the Shipping Form. eCycle1 is NOT responsible for payments sent to the wrong email address if the PayPal email address reflects the one listed on the Shipping Form. PayPal recipients must reply to the "Collection Statement" email to initiate payment.

To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment, please ensure ALL the information submitted on the Shipping Form is accurate and a copy of the Packing Slip is enclosed in the package. Also, please ensure that your organization's name, contact name, and address are clearly identified on the pre-paid shipping labels.
